Before stepping fully into the world of coaching, Hardev built her career in the e-commerce sector, where she spent over eight years working with startups, small and medium businesses, and established brands to support their growth and operations.

Her professional background combines analytical thinking with operational expertise. She holds a B.Tech degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management, along with certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt, Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, and Google Ads.

This blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking shaped her ability to approach challenges with both structure and clarity.

Over time, however, Hardev found herself increasingly drawn to the deeper human questions that lie beneath many life decisions.

Training in Laser Coaching

Hardev’s search for deeper tools to support personal transformation eventually led her to train under Akarma and Anamika through the Laser Coach Certification journey at Anamify.

Through this process, she developed a coaching approach focused on helping individuals identify internal blocks, emotional triggers, and limiting beliefs that often shape their experiences without their awareness.
