This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services offered under Anamify, including coaching, healing, retreats, workshops, and conscious matchmaking. We aim to provide clarity, transparency, and fairness while upholding the value of our services.

Section 1: General Refund Policy (Applies to All Services)

1. No Fixed Amounts Mentioned

   1. Since our service fees vary, this policy does not reference fixed fee amounts. Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated based on the specific fees paid at the time of booking.

2. Special Cases

   1. Clients may write to us via email for special circumstances. Refund or credit decisions in such cases remain at the sole discretion of Anamify’s management.

3. No Refunds for No-Shows or Early Exits

   1. If a client does not show up for a session, retreat, or event, or leaves before completion, no refund will be issued.

4. Transfer of Services

   1. Where possible, clients may request to transfer their booking (e.g., for a retreat or event) to another person, subject to management approval and any applicable administrative fee.

5. Administrative Fee

   1. In case of cancellations approved by Anamify, an administrative or processing fee may be deducted before any refund or credit is issued.

Section 2: Coaching, Healing, Webinars & Retreats​

1. Clarity Calls & Coaching Sessions

   1. Non-refundable once booked.

   2. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.

   3. Special cases may be considered upon written email request, at management’s discretion.

2. Pro-bono Service

   1. Free Service offered by trainee coaches undergoing Laser Coach Certification Program from Anamify.

   2. These trainee coaches are not employees of Anamify and therefore limited support is available from Anamify for this service.​

   3. These trainee coaches offer their time on volunteer basis and therefore availing this service is a privilege and not an entitlement.

3. Healing Services

   1. Non-refundable once delivered.

   2. Clients may reschedule with minimum 48 hours’ notice.

4. Workshops, Webinars, and Live Events

   1. All online and live workshops/webinars are non-refundable once booked.

   2. Credits or transfers may be considered only in exceptional cases upon written request.

5. Retreats

   1. Retreat bookings are non-refundable.

   2. After deducting expenses already incurred, participants may request to convert their booking into credit for use in a future retreat.

   3. Bookings are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by Anamify.

Section 3: Conscious Matchmaking Services​

1. No Guarantee of Marriage

   1. Anamify promises to provide high-quality, aligned matches based on the preferences and non-negotiables provided by clients.

   2. However, we do not guarantee successful marriages because people have their own reasons to not go ahead with the matches because of many reasons beyond the scope established by Anamify (including but not limited to):

      1. Horoscopes, Astrology, Numerology or other similar occult sciences didn't approve the match offered by Anamify​

      2. Caste, Gotra, Community or Creed didn't match

      3. Vibes or Chemistry didn't match

      4. Physical looks were not as per the expectations which were not clearly specified (or were impossible to describe) in the requirements

      5. Instinct or Gut-feeling based decision without providing any justifiable reason

2. Refund Eligibility
   Refunds may only be considered if:

   1. The client has provided their preferences and non-negotiables, AND

   2. These requirements fall within a reasonable, common, and general range (i.e., not overly restrictive, unrealistic, or highly niche demands).

   3. Once the non-negotiables are agreed upon, the shortlisting of profiles start and no further changes will be accommodated. If you change your non-negotiables, no timelines for providing matches will be applicable.

   4. Refunds are not applicable if requirements are extremely specific, uncommon, or outside general matchmaking feasibility.

3. Unreasonable Conditions (Non-Refundable Cases)

   1. Non-disclosure of critical information before sign-up pertaining to physical, mental and medical conditions that seriously hamper the chances of finding suitable matches. These include (and not limited to) information about short height, overweight, addictions, substance abuse, etc.

   2. If Anamify is unable to provide suitable matches due to height, weight/fitness/health concerns, substance abuse issues, caste or community limitations, language, family, or any other unreasonable or highly restrictive conditions provided by the client after sign-up, the fees remain completely non-refundable.

   3. Anamify can deny further service and refund if we receive complaint about your conduct and behaviour from your match. This includes (and not limited to) being judgmental too soon, rude or offensive behaviour, misleading information, manipulative conduct, wrong allegations, any type of harassment, projection of personal experience without any substantial proof, etc.

   4. Change your mind or leave the service in-between or stop participating in the process

4. Services Rendered

   1. Once match introductions have been initiated and services delivered, fees are non-refundable.

5. Special Circumstances

   1. In exceptional cases, clients may write to us providing reason for the request. Any refund or partial credit is at the sole discretion of Anamify’s management.

Section 4: Discretionary Considerations​

1. Management reserves the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

2. All decisions will be final and binding.

3. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame and may be subject to administrative charges.
