There are moments in life when a simple question can open a door we did not know existed.

For Neeta Biswas, that moment arrived during a reflective exercise where she was asked a powerful question:

What is it that you want badly enough that you would say yes to any downsides that come with it?

The question stopped her in her tracks. For the first time, she realized that most of her life decisions had been shaped by the desire to live a comfortable and stable life. Now that she had achieved that comfort, a deeper question surfaced: What am I truly willing to struggle for? 

After sitting with the question and confronting the silence it created within her, Neeta arrived at a simple but profound answer.

She wanted to find herself.

Beginning the Journey of Self-Discovery

That realization marked the beginning of what Neeta describes as a journey similar to a treasure hunt and a jigsaw puzzle.

She began questioning many aspects of her life:

Why did she make certain decisions?

What beliefs had shaped her choices?

Which identities she carried were truly her own, and which were adopted unconsciously?

Neeta’s search for deeper clarity eventually led her to the Laser Coaching journey at Anamify.

Through the process, she began recognizing the subtle ways in which fear, conditioning, and unexamined beliefs influence our responses to life’s challenges.

The coaching journey helped her see that transformation does not necessarily require changing the world around us. Instead, it often begins with understanding how we respond to situations and taking responsibility for those responses.

This shift in perspective allowed her to approach life with greater awareness and emotional freedom.
