I was looking to coaching to help deal with a job loss and with my feelings of anger and disappointment at the poor behavior by that company’s management. I was also quite skeptical about coaching and people who engage a coach – I’d worked with some people who had been big Tony Robbins fans and they had been dishonest failures as people both personally and at work– including one girl who bankrupted a company with her behavior.
Sachin was great at addressing my concerns and putting me at ease and explaining the process so I could see the structure and value. The program was quite easy to understand whilst still being very thought provoking. I could also see it starting to produce results quite quickly. Sachin has an understated style - very good for someone like me who was a little hesitant and skeptical about coaching. Sachin is also someone that is not going to preach – but rather explain and question and guide. Sachin was very good at getting to the heart of issues and the reasons behind them.
I’ve found the program very useful for focusing on what is actually important, what I’m good at and what I’m not and what I need and need to change. It also helped me through a very difficult time and to focus much more on the positives. I’ve also realized that I’d been in a rut of sorts for some time and that I will need coaching / mentoring in the longer term to keep me focused on achieving change and growth
And Yes – I think this coaching process has value to all different sorts of people as it’s very tailor-able.āāā

I met Sachin when he worked with me as an IT consultant in one of my projects at Foxtel. Initially I approached Sachin to help me overcome my insecurities and beliefs which were holding me back from achieving my best and reaching my full potential.
I originally expected a barrage of different suggested techniques, strategies and motivational buzzwords to keep me going, but that was not the case. Sachin focused on finding out the roots of my surface-level problems, and in doing so, helped me to bring a lot of my underlying subconscious beliefs and thoughts up to the surface – thoughts and beliefs that have affected me for a long time without me being consciously aware of it. It was only after that he had established what the root of my problems were, that he then suggested the appropriate strategy. Through this process so far, I have been able to slowly find my way back to clarity in my life.
For many years I have been attempting to overcome my challenges by reading a whole bunch of different self-help books and attending seminars. These are helpful, but I find myself continuously getting bombarded with lots of different strategies and techniques to deal with too many issues at once. Having someone who you can speak with, who is as straightforward, and is as understanding and patient as Sachin, really assists with focusing on the specific kind of help that you need in your current situation and reality.
