All information, resources, and services provided through Anamify (including coaching, healing, retreats, workshops, and conscious matchmaking) are for educational, self-development, and informational purposes only.
Anamify does not provide medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice unless explicitly stated.
Nothing on our website or in our sessions should replace professional medical or legal guidance. If you have concerns related to your physical, mental, or financial health, please seek advice from a licensed professional.
While our programs are designed to facilitate transformation, growth, and aligned connections, results vary for each individual and are not guaranteed.

2. Coaching & Healing Services

Coaching and healing services are supportive, transformational, and awareness-based tools. They are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or clinical interventions.
Our coaches and healers are not acting as licensed psychiatrists, psychologists, or doctors (unless explicitly stated).
These services do not diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent any disease or mental health disorder.
All outcomes depend on your openness, commitment, and personal circumstances. We cannot promise specific results, but we do promise to hold you with integrity, compassion, and respect.
No refunds are available for booked coaching or clarity calls, except if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance (see our Refund Policy).
For exceptional cases (such as unavoidable emergencies), clients may write to us, and management will review requests at its discretion.

3. Conscious Matchmaking Services

Anamify provides high-quality, human-curated introductions with the intention of connecting emotionally mature, like-minded individuals.
We do not guarantee marriage, a relationship, or emotional compatibility outcomes. Our promise is to provide quality introductions based on the information you share.
Refunds apply only when client preferences and non-negotiables are reasonable, general, and within common social norms. If restrictive or unrealistic conditions (e.g., related to height, weight, caste, community, substance use, or extreme expectations) prevent us from finding a suitable match, fees remain strictly non-refundable.
Matches rely on the accuracy and honesty of client information. We are not responsible for false, misleading, or incomplete details provided by clients.
Clients are expected to exercise their own judgment, responsibility, and safety when engaging with matches.
Anamify reserves the right to deny service or terminate memberships if expectations are unrealistic, disrespectful, or in conflict with our values of conscious connection.

4. Retreats, Workshops & Webinars

Retreats, live workshops, and webinars are educational and experiential in nature. They are non-refundable once booked.
If a participant cannot attend a retreat, their booking may (at Anamify’s discretion) be converted into a credit for a future retreat, after deducting already-incurred costs.
These offerings are not a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment and no guaranteed outcomes are promised.

5. Confidentiality & Personal Responsibility

Anamify maintains the confidentiality of client information with utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee complete privacy in group settings such as retreats, workshops, or support circles.
By engaging in our services, you agree to take personal responsibility for your emotions, actions, and decisions.
You understand that transformation requires your active participation; we act as facilitators, not as saviors.

6. Testimonials & Case Studies

Client stories, reviews, and testimonials reflect personal experiences of individuals. They are provided for inspiration and transparency but should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
Outcomes vary greatly depending on personal circumstances, readiness, and effort.

7. Data, Privacy & Intellectual Property

By using Anamify services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All materials (including course content, written resources, and session recordings) are intellectual property of Anamify. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written permission.
Any misuse, plagiarism, or misrepresentation of our materials may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your use of Anamify’s services is at your own discretion and risk.
Anamify, its founders, coaches, healers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our services.
You remain solely responsible for your well-being, choices, and relationships that develop through our programs.
