"I believe the right companionship brings a sense of peace, understanding, and warmth, where two people can share life's experiences while respecting each other's individuality and journey"

Warm, mature, and grounded, Shobha brings a nurturing nature along with a strong sense of independence. Having experienced different phases of life, including marriage, motherhood, and living abroad, she brings a thoughtful perspective to relationships and a deeper appreciation for emotional understanding, trust, and companionship.

Those close to her describe her as caring, dependable, and respectful, someone who values sincerity and meaningful connections. She is comfortable with her individuality and has developed an open and adaptable outlook through her experiences, while remaining deeply connected to her family and roots.

At this stage of life, she treasures simple joys, heartfelt conversations, shared laughter, meaningful experiences, and the comfort of having someone with whom life can be shared naturally.

At heart, Shobha believes relationships work best when two people come together with mutual respect, emotional maturity, and a genuine willingness to understand each other. For her, marriage is not about rigid roles or expectations, but about friendship, companionship, emotional security, and creating a partnership where both people feel valued and accepted.

She would naturally connect with a man who is settled, kind, emotionally mature, and comfortable respecting individuality and shared decision-making. Having children and family relationships that are an important part of her life, she would value a partner who approaches these relationships with understanding and acceptance.

Above all, she seeks companionship where there is warmth, trust, ease, and genuine friendship, two people supporting each other, enjoying life's experiences together, and creating a peaceful and fulfilling chapter of life.

Shobha is a retired banker who built a fulfilling career in the banking sector before retiring in her 40s. Her professional journey reflects her independence, discipline, and ability to take on responsibilities with confidence. After her retirement, she moved to the USA when her husband had an opportunity there, and the family lived there for around seven years. The experience gave her exposure to a different culture and way of life while also strengthening her adaptability and independence.

Following an unofficial separation, Shobha moved back to India, where she eventually chose to formally close that chapter of her life through divorce. Having navigated significant transitions with maturity and resilience, she is now settled in India and looks forward to this next phase with a sense of openness and possibility.

Shobha enjoys a balanced lifestyle centred around family, meaningful relationships, and experiences that bring happiness and connection. Having lived in the USA for several years, she appreciates different cultures and ways of living, while also valuing her connection to India and the familiarity of being closer to family and roots. She enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, travelling, exploring new places, enjoying good food, and engaging in conversations that feel genuine and enriching.

She appreciates both social occasions and quieter moments, finding joy in simple experiences and the comfort of familiar company. With retirement giving her greater freedom and flexibility, she enjoys having the space to pursue her interests, spend time with people she cares about, and experience life at her own pace.
