CONSCIOUS MATCHMAKING PARTNER CHARTER & AGREEMENT

1. Purpose of This Charter

This document defines the principles, scope, expectations, and boundaries of the Conscious Matchmaking Partner Program (CMPP).

​

It exists to ensure:

• Alignment of values

• Clarity of roles and responsibilities

• Ethical representation of Conscious Matchmaking

• Mutual respect between Anamify and its Partners

 

This is a values-led partnership, not a sales arrangement.

2. Nature of the Partnership

​

• This partnership is non-exclusive, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• It does not constitute employment, agency, or legal representation.

• The Partner acts as an independent collaborator aligned with CMPP principles.

• Selection into CMPP is a privilege, granted after review, and may be withdrawn if alignment is compromised.

3. Scope of Authorized Activities

 

An Authorized CMPP Partner may:

• Introduce eligible individuals to Conscious Matchmaking

• Share approved CMPP content, messaging, and materials

• Speak about the philosophy and approach of Conscious Matchmaking

• Use the designation “Authorized Conscious Matchmaking Partner (CMPP)”

• Participate in the defined revenue-sharing model

Partners may not:

• Offer matchmaking guarantees or promises

• Alter pricing, processes, or eligibility criteria

• Misrepresent outcomes, timelines, or results

• Act as a decision-maker in client acceptance or matching

• Represent themselves as employees or official spokespersons of Anamify

​

 

4. Partner Responsibilities & Conduct

 

Each Partner agrees to:

• Act with integrity, emotional maturity, and responsibility

• Represent CMPP honestly and accurately

• Share information ethically, without pressure or manipulation

• Respect client confidentiality and privacy

• Avoid exaggerated claims or income promises

• Uphold the dignity and sensitivity of relationship-related work

 

This partnership requires discernment, not mass promotion.

5. Application & Referral Guidelines

​

• Partners are encouraged to refer quality-aligned individuals, not volume-based leads.

• All referred individuals undergo Anamify’s internal evaluation and screening.

• Acceptance into Conscious Matchmaking is solely at Anamify’s discretion.

• No referral is considered “confirmed” until formal enrolment is completed.

6. Revenue Sharing & Commercial Terms

​

• Approved partners are entitled to a partnership share on successful enrolments originating through their referral channel.

• Revenue share is applicable only after fees are received by Anamify.

• Payout cycles, modes, and timelines will be communicated separately.

• No revenue is owed for unapproved, withdrawn, or incomplete applications.

7. Use of Brand, Name & Materials

 

Partners may:

• Use CMPP-approved logos, creatives, and descriptions

• Publicly state their status as an Authorized Partner

 

Partners may not:

• Modify branding or messaging without approval

• Create independent offers under the CMPP name

• Use Anamify or Akarma’s name in paid ads without written consent

 

All intellectual property remains the sole property of Anamify.

8. Confidentiality

 

Partners agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

• Internal processes

• Client information

• Pricing structures

• Partner-specific data

• Strategic discussions

 

This obligation survives termination of the partnership.

​

 

9. Review, Suspension & Revocation

​

• Partner status may be reviewed periodically.

• Authorization may be suspended or revoked if actions are found misaligned with CMPP values, ethics, or guidelines.

• Anamify reserves the right to withdraw authorization without public explanation.

 

This clause protects the integrity of the ecosystem.

10. Duration & Continuity

​

• This Charter remains valid until revised, revoked, or replaced.

• Updates may be issued periodically to reflect program evolution.

• Continued participation implies acceptance of updated guidelines.

​

 

11. Governing Philosophy

 

This partnership is governed not just by rules, but by conscious responsibility.

Partners are expected to operate from:

• Awareness over ambition

• Discernment over scale

• Alignment over volume

12. Acceptance & Acknowledgement

 

By continuing the Partnership Priviledge, the Partner acknowledges:

• Understanding of CMPP principles

• Agreement to uphold its standards

• Acceptance of the scope and limitations defined herein
