For me, this has been a gradual process. It didn’t happen overnight, but over time I started noticing changes.
Things that I used to carry… stress, reactions, patterns… they’ve slowly started dropping. Not because I forced them to, but just naturally.
I feel lighter now. Situations don’t feel as heavy as they used to. There’s more ease in how I go through life.
It’s like I didn’t realize how much I was holding on to earlier… and now, that holding is reducing. And with that, there’s a sense of freedom.
