Pro-Bono (Free) Coaching
The Pro-Bono Coaching Support Group is an initiative connected to the LCCP – Laser Coach Certification Program, where newly trained Laser Coaches offer complimentary coaching sessions as part of their certification journey.
This creates a powerful win-win dynamic. Emerging coaches gain real-world practice, sharpen their laser-focused coaching skills, and build confidence through meaningful client interactions. At the same time, participants receive structured, high-quality coaching support without any financial pressure.
Pro bono coaching can be availed for any type of challenge. There is no limitation on the topic or agenda someone wishes to bring. Whether it is personal growth, professional decisions, business concerns, health-related struggles, relationships, parenting, dating, divorce, or any life transition — participants are welcome to explore whatever is most relevant to them.
These sessions are designed to help individuals uncover the root causes behind the challenges they are facing. Through focused inquiry and intentional dialogue, clients gain clarity, deeper self-awareness, and practical direction forward.
The process is purposeful, reflective, and growth-oriented. Participants benefit from dedicated space and fresh perspective, while coaches deepen their experience through real engagement.
