Avni Shah is a Certified Laser Coach at Anamify and serves as the Head of Conscious Matchmaking Registrations, where she plays a key role in evaluating Expressions of Interest from individuals seeking a conscious life partner. In this role, she helps ensure that the matchmaking journey remains aligned with Anamify’s philosophy of self-awareness, emotional maturity, and thoughtful relationship choices.
Avni is also an Authorised Conscious Matchmaking Partner (CMPP) at Anamify, supporting individuals who are sincerely seeking meaningful, long-term relationships. Through this role, she guides prospective members through the early stages of the conscious matchmaking journey, helping them gain clarity about themselves, their relationship patterns, and the qualities they seek in a life partner. Her approach ensures that matchmaking is not merely about profiles and preferences, but about alignment in values, emotional readiness, and life vision.
Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to helping people build healthy relationships with themselves and with others. Avni integrates insights from psychology, communication frameworks, and spiritual understanding to help individuals recognise their emotional patterns, strengthen their communication skills, and make more conscious relationship decisions.
With over two decades of professional experience, Avni has worked extensively in behavioural facilitation, learning and development, and soft-skills training. She has designed and delivered workshops across multiple organisational levels in industries such as BFSI, IT, manufacturing, and retail, helping professionals enhance leadership capabilities, interpersonal effectiveness, and communication skills.
Her coaching journey deepened through the Laser Coach Certification Program at Anamify, where she trained under the mentorship of Master Coaches Akarma and Anamika. This experience refined her ability to guide individuals through processes of self-reflection, emotional clarity, and personal transformation.
