Avni Shah is a Certified Laser Coach at Anamify and serves as the Head of Conscious Matchmaking Registrations, where she plays a key role in evaluating expressions of interest from individuals seeking conscious partnership.

With more than 21 years of professional experience in behavioural facilitation and soft-skills training, Avni has worked extensively with organizations across sectors such as BFSI, manufacturing, IT, and retail. Through workshops and facilitation across multiple levels of organizational hierarchy, she has helped professionals strengthen communication, interpersonal awareness, and leadership capabilities.

Her journey into coaching emerged from observing how communication patterns, emotional awareness, and internal belief systems influence the quality of both personal and professional relationships. This insight led her to pursue deeper transformation work through the Laser Coach Certification Program at Anamify, where she trained under Master Coaches Akarma and Anamika.
